Mines and Geosciences Bureau-7 Legal Officer Atty Cid Jerome Navares recently conducted an online lecture on Philippine Mining Act (RA 7942) to officers of the Police Regional Office-7.

The topic covered State Policies, Areas Open/Closed to Mining Applications, and Prohibited Acts and Penalties.

 The lecture was virtually participated by around 55 Police Commissioned Officers (PCOs) with ranks from Police Lieutenants (PLT) to Police Lieutenant Colonel (PLTCOL) from the different units of PRO7. (IO)
