Mines and Geosciences Bureau – 7 Regional Director Loreto B. Alburo (second to the left) joins officials from the Carmen Copper Corp. and Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (Tesda) at the launching of the Technical Vocational Training Facility within the mine site of Carmen Copper Corp. in Toledo City. The facility is one of the projects under Social Development and Management Program of CCC to help the youth within their impact and neighboring communities learn additional skills and gain National Certification from Tesda.
