PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT: MINING AREA NOW OPEN FOR APPLICATIONS (BOHOL)

The Mines and Geosciences Bureau (MGB) Regional Office No. VII announces that 2,527.0296 hectares of land in Bohol are now officially open for new mining applications.

This follows the issuance of the Order of Finality (dated Dec 5, 2025) denying the appeal of Philcoal Mineral Resources, Inc. (EXPA000159VII).

📍 LOCATION: Municipalities of Clarin, Inabanga, and Tubigon, Province of Bohol.

Total Area: 2,527.0296 hectares
Coordinates: Defined by 22 corner points (see full notice attached below).

⚠️ REMINDER TO APPLICANTS: All interested parties must strictly adhere to DAO No. 2010-04. Ensure all mandatory requirements, including NCIP certifications and posting/publication proofs, are submitted within the prescribed periods to avoid denial.
