Order of Deputation for CIDG

Official announcement regarding the Order of Deputation issued by the Mines and Geosciences Bureau Regional Office VII. This order authorizes the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) to investigate, apprehend, and confiscate illegally sourced minerals, tools, and equipment within Region 7.

This action is pursuant to R.A. No. 7942 (Philippine Mining Act of 1995) and aims to curb unauthorized mining and quarrying activities through strengthened inter-agency collaboration.
