The Regional Panel of Arbitrators (RPA) of the Mines and Geosciences Bureau (MGB) Regional Office No. VII has issued a Notice of Issuance of Order of Finality for POA Case No. CEB-0029 (Benjie Bonghanoy vs. Globus Chemical and Cement Corporation).

The Order, dated March 18, 2026, officially declares the dismissal of the protest against MPSA Application APSA-000324VII as final and executory. Pursuant to the ruling, the subject area is deemed open for new mining applications under existing rules and regulations.
