Body: The Regional Panel of Arbitrators (RPA) of the Mines and Geosciences Bureau (MGB) Regional Office No. VII has issued a Notice of Issuance of Order of Finality for POA Case No. CEB-0025 (Apo Cement Corporation vs. Globus Chemical and Cement Corporation).

The Order, dated March 18, 2026, officially declares the dismissal of the protest against MPSA Application APSA-000324VII as final and executory. The subject area is consequently deemed open for mining applications in accordance with prevailing rules and regulations.
