The Mines and Geosciences Bureau (MGB) Regional Office No. VII formally opened a substantial area in Bohol Province for new mining applications, a procedure that followed the issuance of an Order of Finality on a prior application. Both official documents were signed by OIC, Regional Director AL EMIL G. BERADOR and dated October 24, 2025.
Finality of APSA for JOHVER MINERALS, INC.
The MGB 7 issued an Order of Finality for the Mineral Production Sharing Agreement (APSA) Application No. APSA000204VII filed by JOHVER MINERALS, INC. The Order confirms that the MGB-VII’s Decision dated June 17, 2025, achieved FINALITY on July 17, 20254. This was due to the applicant failing to file a motion for reconsideration or an appeal, a development that makes the area previously under application available to a new proponent.
