MGB 7 Hosts Session for Employees with CSC on New Omnibus SALN Rules and Wellness Leave

MGB 7 conducted an orientation regarding the New Omnibus Rules on the Statement of Assets, Liabilities, and Net Worth (SALN) and the institutionalization of Wellness Leave. This session provided employees with essential updates on maintaining transparency and accountability and highlighted the agency’s commitment to the well-being of its workforce.

MGB 7 was honored to have Atty. Eugene Arvi A. Villanueva of the Legal Services Division, Civil Service Commission Region VII, as the resource speaker. He shared his expertise on the updated SALN provisions and their proper application in day-to-day public service, helping ensure that all personnel remain compliant and well-informed.

OIC, Regional Director Al Emil G. Berador expressed his sincere appreciation to Atty. Villanueva for his time and guidance. RD Al specifically thanked him for his engaging and clear presentation, which helped the listeners easily understand the complexities of the new rules.

He also recognized Ms. Aira and the Finance and Administrative Division (FAD) team for spearheading this initiative. RD Al noted that staying updated with these policies is both timely and essential for fostering a culture of integrity and professional care within the bureau.
