  1. Order of Finality (Application No. EXPA-000115VII): Issued by MGB Regional Office No. VII Director Al Emil G. Berador, officially finalizing the status of the Exploration Permit Application of Mr. Manuel S. Go as of December 12, 2025.
  2. Public Notice (Open Area for Mining Applications): Issued by MGB Negros Island Region OIC Regional Director Benigno Cesar L. Espejo on May 12, 2026, declaring a 1,349.0035-hectare area in Bayawan City, Negros Oriental, open for new mining applications.
