Dumanjug DRRMO receives flyers on geohazards

The Mines and Geosciences Bureau (MGB) 7 helps improve community awareness and preparedness specifically in times of natural and man-made disasters as a result of geological processes referred to as geohazards such as flood, landslide, and ground subsidence by distributing IEC Materials on what to do Before, During and After calamities.

Here in photo, Al Jay P. Alviola, LDRRM Officer of Municipality of Dumanjug, Cebu received leaflets on geohazards from MGB 7 to help disseminate in their areas of concern on May 21.

MGB 7 is represented by Planning Officer Cynthia V. Cisneros and Information Officer Heart Rizarri.
