The Mines and Geosciences Bureau (MGB) Regional Office No. VII has officially issued an Order of Finality regarding the Exploration Permit Application of Solvie Mining and Development Corporation (Application No. EXPA-000186-VII).

As of March 14, 2024, the resolution dated July 15, 2022, has achieved finality, as no motions for reconsideration or appeals were filed within the prescribed period. Consequently, the bureau announces that the designated areas in the Province of Bohol are now OPEN for new mining applications.
